I will provide more build photos of the chassis and suspension once I get some more from the guys.
We backhalfed the car with custom Alston framerails that worked with custom leaf springs and shocks attached to a narrowed rear housing.
The engine came as a long block from JPs engine builder and he wanted the engine compartment as clean as possible. All wiring, AC lines and heater hoses were hidden in channels in the inner fenders. We made a custom fuse and relay plate for the headlight, fuel pump and starter circuits. This was also used for starter power, engine ground and alternator connection. Plug wire girdles were made so the wires route along the block and not over the valve covers. The rear floor was designed to leave room so the mufflers could be mounted at an angle to keep the exhaust tucked up and allowed a lower ride hight.
The one piece dash was one of the more difficult parts of the build. JP used his design talents for all of the layout and most of the final surface finish. It started off as a singe piece of 1/8" plate and once finished was atached to the modified metal dash core. The glove box opens with a push open/close latch.
